What You'll Do You'll be building real relationships with business owners and decision-makers who are often juggling HR on top of everything else it takes to run a company. You won't be pushing a generic product; you'll be diagnosing real problems (payroll headaches, compliance risk, benefits that don't compete) and showing owners a better way to run their business. Over time, you become the person they call first, not just a vendor, but a trusted advisor in their corner.
