Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based within our focused rehabilitation center in Leesburg, Virginia. This onsite setting promotes teamwork and collaboration among healthcare professionals, enabling the delivery of comprehensive care. You will work Monday through Friday in a 40-hour weekly shift, enjoying a structured work schedule while benefiting from a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, pain levels, and range of motion to establish effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement treatment methodologies for patients dealing with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine issues, ensuring that care is rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic interventions that facilitate recovery, assisting patients in navigating their rehabilitative journeys and achieving their health goals.
• Maintain clear and exceptional communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Utilize rehabilitation tools and technologies, fostering a community of connection and support within the clinic.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and exercise regimens, promoting self-management strategies.
• Meet or exceed referral utilization metrics and practice goals to ensure overall clinic success.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
