Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by healthcare providers, identifying individualized treatment plans based on detailed assessments.
• Implement, modify, and progress therapy interventions focusing on areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care, applying appropriate techniques and procedures that align with each patient's plan of care, authored by their referring physician.
• Utilize cutting-edge rehabilitation technology and methodologies to enhance patient recovery, ensuring effective outcomes with each session.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and optimizing physical function post-injury or surgery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress and treatment outcomes, meeting minimum utilization goals while adhering to regulatory compliance.
• Provide exemplary customer service that fosters patient satisfaction and contributes to a welcoming clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications
