Position Overview

Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation center located in Leesburg, Virginia. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be entrusted with numerous responsibilities designed to promote optimal client health. Key tasks include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations for patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly reassessing and documenting clinical indicators to track the progress of treatment and adjust methodologies accordingly.
• Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system.
• Engaging with patients and their families to inform them about the recovery process and the challenges they may encounter.
• Achieving established utilization standards and contributing to other business goals that enhance clinic performance.
• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals within the team for clients receiving multiple services.
• Actively promoting the organization's core values and culture as an ambassador of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various demographics, including children and adults with distinct physical therapy needs. Our patients may present with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, sports-related injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation challenges. Qualifications
