Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Leesburg, Virginia. You will enjoy a structured schedule, operating Monday through Friday, with shifts from either 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, allowing for a work-life balance while achieving professional fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Fracture Care Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary therapy team to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Educating patients and their caregivers about the rehabilitation process, emphasizing their roles in recovery to foster motivation and compliance.
• Conducting facility education sessions to enhance awareness of therapy modalities and services among staff and families, promoting an inclusive care environment.
• Participating in Care Plan Meetings as an integral member of the team, sharing insights on patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary based on collaborative input.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Physical Therapist license in good standing, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
