Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, outlining both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document patients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their responses and new developments in their conditions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on upcoming goals, treatment exercises, and appropriate use of assistive devices, promoting independence in their recovery journeys.
• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.
• Develop strong relationships with other health team personnel to ensure comprehensive care across all treatment disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
