Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical abilities and limitations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs to address various conditions, guiding individuals through rehabilitation in areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer therapeutic care, ensuring each treatment adheres to the physician's plan.
• Maintain open communication with patients, their families, and caregivers, providing education and training to facilitate understanding and compliance with therapy regimens.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to patient concerns and addressing their needs throughout the treatment process.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team and act as a mentor to support new staff members and students.
• Document progress and outcomes effectively to meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to overall business objectives.
