Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient health, utilizing pertinent history information, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results effectively with patients and their families, fostering collaboration in setting achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Implement dynamic treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs, adjusting strategies in response to ongoing assessments and patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, identifying when additional medical or rehabilitation consultations are needed based on observed changes in patient conditions.
• Ensure thorough discharge planning and post-therapy follow-up care, meticulously documenting patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage time efficiently by maintaining an organized schedule and meeting productivity benchmarks, contributing to hospital and community outreach initiatives.
• Participate actively in achieving departmental goals, adhering to accreditation standards and governmental regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, pursuing continuing education, and mentoring students and junior staff members as a clinical instructor.
• Enhance the patient experience by promoting accessibility and adaptability in care delivery, aiming for a smooth and welcoming process for all patients.
• Involve actively in initiatives intended to measure and improve access to rehabilitation services, regularly engaging in data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

• A valid CPR certification, demonstrating readiness in emergency preparedness.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
