Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, delivered in the comfort of patients' homes throughout Leesburg, Virginia. You will work Monday to Friday, with a typical shift of 40 hours per week, allowing for a structured and predictable work schedule. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions to formulate individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions that cater to a variety of specialties, such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Providing training and education to patients and their caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment protocols.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery outcomes and meet established goals.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and engage with patients.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for maintaining patient documentation and records.
• A dedication to establishing positive relationships with patients, contributing to their motivational journey toward functional recovery.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• A current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
