Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary duty will be to provide individualized care designed to address the unique mental health needs of young adults. Key responsibilities include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and supportive group session discussions where clients can connect and share experiences. You will create a safe environment that fosters trust and openness.

• Individual Therapy: Utilize evidence-based techniques to offer customized counseling sessions that promote self-exploration and emotional healing. You will help clients develop personal coping strategies and actionable recovery plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and aligned with their individual aspirations and requirements.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client outcomes regularly. You will track progress and effectively communicate findings to clients and the multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborative Care: Partner closely with a skilled team of therapists, medical professionals, and community partners to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating significant mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, creating an impact in their lives during pivotal developmental years.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: Applicants should hold a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensed Clinician: A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required to practice in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

We require a minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health treatment setting. Familiarity with evidence-based therapy methodologies and group counseling techniques is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
