Work Environment\n

This full-time position is predominantly remote, allowing you to connect with clients in a comfortable and convenient setting while also providing the opportunity to collaborate within our outpatient office environment. Our office is outfitted with modern telehealth technology, ensuring seamless and secure connections during sessions. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering an ideal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will be guided by a commitment to client-centered care and include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and frameworks for therapy.

• Providing high-quality individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Engaging in collaborative care by working closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to coordinate treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our team, you will primarily serve clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, and more. You will engage with diverse populations from various backgrounds, fostering an atmosphere of inclusion and understanding that respects each client’s unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient settings, providing evidence of direct engagement and impact in clients’ mental health progress.

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Current State Licensure as an LPC or equivalent certification is required to provide counseling services in Pennsylvania.

• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation, along with knowledge of insurance billing and compliance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and connect with clients.

• The ability to empathize with clients’ challenges and provide compassionate support in their journeys.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not mandatory, additional experience or credentials, particularly in specialized areas of therapy such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy, would be considered advantageous and may enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
