The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with nonprofit and healthcare regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in the monthly close process, audit support, and financial analysis, while partnering with operational leaders across the organization. CPA preferred. Five+ years of accounting experience required. Nonprofit, healthcare or senior living experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting. Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., MatrixCare, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar). Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of Adobe preferred.
