Overview The role ideally involves tort litigation and insurance defense matters. This is a non-shareholder track position. The role has a reduced annual billable-hour requirement of 1600 hours. This position may be based anywhere in Texas and has a reduced billable-hour requirement of 1600 hours annually. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing skills, and experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts; and running files autonomously are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice.
