Job Description West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute seek interventional cardiologists to practice general and interventional cardiology at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. The successful candidate will provide excellent patient care, participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and may engage in clinical research. Depending on operational needs, the candidate may also provide services at additional sites in West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia, with travel expected. Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligible for state medical license Completed internal medicine residency, general cardiology fellowship, and interventional fellowship Board eligible or certified in interventional cardiology All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
