Physician - Interventional Cardiology (WHH)

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute are seeking Interventional Cardiologists (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Wheeling, West Virginia. Depending on operational needs, may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania; travel is expected. Responsibilities Practice in the areas of general and interventional cardiology. Provide excellent patient care. Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents and fellows. Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligible for a state license. Completed an interventional cardiology fellowship program. Board certified or eligible in Interventional Cardiology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Location Wheeling, West Virginia (may travel to West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania). Schedule Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Exempt/Non‑Exempt: United States of America (Exempt).
