Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be engaged in a variety of essential functions aimed at delivering quality mental health services:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 facing mental health and mood disorders. Our outpatient center is committed to providing a safe space for these individuals to navigate their challenges, and your expertise will be pivotal in facilitating their growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients facing mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative approach with a passion for fostering positive client outcomes is essential.

• Demonstrable clinical skills in evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with young adults in mental health settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. A proactive attitude towards learning new methodologies and adapting to new challenges is also desired.
