Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster healthy relationships and emotional well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to meet client goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to support mutual clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your role will focus on empowering these individuals to recognize their strengths and navigate their personal journeys towards healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California, enabling you to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapy to clients.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to clinical practice, supporting the integrity of our services.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other technologies relevant to clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following expertise will be given preference:
