Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and provide direct therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications:

Active New York Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
