Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, taking into account their personal histories, strengths, and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.

• Provide both in-person and teletherapy sessions, accommodating various client preferences and ensuring accessibility for those with mobility constraints.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that case notes, treatment plans, and evaluations are properly recorded.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training programs, workshops, and seminars to keep up with emerging practices and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
