Trustpoint.One is seeking a Legal Discovery Assistant to join a dynamic litigation team based in Newark, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in complex litigation to contribute in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
⚖️ Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of the discovery process
- Manage, review, and organize large volumes of case-related documentation
- Assist with drafting and responding to discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.)
- Coordinate document production for complex litigation matters
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court requirements
- Collaborate with legal teams on strategy and case preparation
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience handling complex discovery from a litigation perspective is REQUIRED
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Catastrophic Personal Injury
- Mass Tort
- Medical Malpractice
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and discovery processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
