Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote healing and growth.

• Provide specialized therapeutic support to clients dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), ensuring a nurturing and safe environment conducive to recovery.

• Effectively manage client cases by coordinating and accessing appropriate services and resources, including referrals to external professionals when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in adherence to insurance standards and ethical guidelines, including ICD-9 compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care, sharing insights and updates to support a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Engage in family therapy sessions to address complex family dynamics and foster healthier relationships among family members.

The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of clients, including children, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be especially beneficial to those dealing with trauma, relationship issues, and family conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license from the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic support in clinical or community settings.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, relationship dynamics, and ethical guidelines related to therapy practices.

• Proficiency in responding to crises with a calm and composed demeanor, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Preferred Experience\n
