Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs and barriers to treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating both individual and group therapy modalities to facilitate patient healing.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to share insights on patients' psychosocial histories and current needs, enhancing treatment compliance and care coordination.

• Document social work activities and patient interactions in accordance with departmental policies and legal standards, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families to empower them in following medical recommendations and engaging fully in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Refreshed Mind Clinic, you will primarily work with patients undergoing detoxification from substance use, who may also have co-occurring mental health disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
