Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings utilizing evidence-based methodologies to evaluate clients' mental health needs, with a particular emphasis on demographic relevance.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their voices are integral to treatment decisions and empowering their participation in the process.
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of clients, enhancing their engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing established protocols to support clients during critical situations and ensure safety while fostering trust and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring compliance with professional ethical standards and organizational guidelines, including timely completion of progress notes and data submission.
• Remain proactive in identifying and reporting potential safety hazards, contributing to a culture of safety and awareness within both virtual and clinical environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse population of clients, often those living in vulnerable situations due to socioeconomic factors. The clientele typically includes individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their mental health journeys within the supportive structure of our hospice care environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with LCSW licensure is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience working with mental health clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth services is a significant advantage, allowing for effective remote client interaction.
• Experience working within hospice care or with terminally ill clients and their families.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative care techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
