This position provides the freedom of a remote telehealth setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance that accommodates client needs as well as your personal schedule. Our innovative practice encourages collaboration among therapists while maintaining independence in the therapeutic approach. Full-time counselors enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday workweek with no weekend commitments, while part-time staff have the flexibility to define their hours Monday through Saturday based on team needs and personal preference.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring a supportive environment for therapy.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
