Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. You will have access to administrative support to assist with scheduling, billing, and communication, enabling you to focus primarily on your clinical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and formulate diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver engaging and therapeutic individual therapy sessions to adolescents and adults, and when applicable, couples and families, drawing on your preferred evidence-based practices.

• Accurately document clinical interactions and treatment progress, adhering to the standards set forth by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and insurance requirements.

• Engage in regular peer consultation and case conferencing, contributing to ongoing team development while benefiting from shared insights and diverse experiences.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring cultural humility and clinical best practices are evident in all client interactions.

• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate accessible, timely, and effective care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions, among other mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes collaboration and respect for each client's life experiences and cultural background, empowering them to pursue healing and growth in their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current California LPCC licensure in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
\n
• Demonstrable ability to practice independently and eligibility with the BBS.
\n
• Completion of at least 6 semester units or equivalent supervised family/couples therapy experience if providing those services.
\n
• A commitment to social justice, demonstrated through prior work with diverse populations.
\n
• Training in at least one evidence-based therapeutic practice (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, trauma-informed therapy).

• Proficient in using technology, including telehealth software and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-master's clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.

• Experience working with a broad range of mental health issues across various demographics, including adolescents, adults, and families.

• Established familiarity with relevant telehealth regulations and best practices in remote delivery of mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and training. As a full-time employee, you will receive an attractive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a retirement savings plan.
