Annie Campbell is seeking a talented Culinary Administrative Sous Chef with a deep knowledge of food, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry. This is a unique role that is highly focused on the culinary administrative side of events, including production schedules, sourcing, prep lists, and recipe management. The ideal candidate thrives on procuring quality ingredients and leads the ordering process, leveraging both technology and strong vendor relationships in pursuit of the best-quality products. Previous experience with BOH platforms is highly preferred; Spanish proficiency a plus!”

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $75-85k, full coverage medical for the individual, dental and vision options, life insurance, 401k with matching, and a PTO plan.
