Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions that align with each client's treatment objectives.

• Act as a crisis intervention resource, offering timely support and strategies to clients in urgent need during therapy sessions.

• Keep accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client care.

• Participate in continuous professional development through supervision, training programs, and staying updated on advancements in mental health methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
