Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Our team comprises experienced mental health professionals who are dedicated to collaboration and continuous professional development. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will engage with a range of clients in a supportive and innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and facilitate appropriate referrals to community resources.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback, with regular updates as needed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to best practices in record-keeping and confidentiality.

• Provide crisis intervention and support using your knowledge of mental health disorders, substance abuse, domestic violence, and trauma.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering insights on clients’ psychosocial stressors and treatment strategies to enhance care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families who may be grappling with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling across various demographics and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Specialty knowledge or certification in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or family systems therapy.

• Experience working in a collaborative environment with healthcare professionals and community agencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
