Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Foster collaborative therapeutic relationships with students and their families to develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based behavioral therapies including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to address client challenges.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress toward treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed through teletherapy or in-person follow-ups.

• Work closely with school staff and external service providers to create a support network that enhances each child's educational experience and mental health.

• Support the medical team in understanding the psychological impacts of psychotropic medications, ensuring patient adherence and monitoring side effects to improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavior issues, and trauma. Engaging with diverse backgrounds, you will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience as a licensed therapist in a clinical setting.
