Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs and strengths.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to support tailored interventions for children.

• Monitor and assess family and child outcomes as a part of an interdisciplinary team, regularly updating plans as necessary.

• Facilitate positive relationships with children, families, and educational staff while providing vital support and resources.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to child welfare and intervention services.

• Administer and interpret various evaluation tools and assessments to guide your recommendations effectively.

• Nurture a respectful and empathetic learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each child and their family.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly focuses on infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with children and their families to foster growth in crucial areas such as communications, social and emotional skills, cognitive abilities, and physical development. Your position will not only directly impact the children’s learning experiences but also empower families with the resources and strategies they need to support their child’s development outside of formal sessions.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification recognized by the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
