Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face challenges accessing in-person services, ensuring that all individuals receive timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision meetings to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Texas.
