Client Overview: Atrium Staffing is partnering with an esteemed, professional, service-based organization on an Administrative Assistant search. Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr - $35/hr Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary contact for all office responsibilities, including receptionist, administration, logistics, and executive support. Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr - $35/hr Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary contact for all office responsibilities, including receptionist, administration, logistics, and executive support. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Greet and assist visitors, including distributors, vendors, and employees.
- Coordinate catering for office meetings and events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors and maintenance requests.
- Provide administrative support to an executive team member, including managing receipts and assisting with expense reports.
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
- Handle mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and shipping packages.
- Oversee the shipping, receiving, and inventory management of the Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) and live product (alcohol).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate weekly reports for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Coordinate courier services and ensure proper documentation for shipments.
- Keep detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Concur.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
