Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored support packages that address their unique challenges, helping them navigate their recovery journeys.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing service users to identify their current emotional and psychological states, along with their strengths and areas for growth.

• Establish measurable, individualized treatment goals which empower clients to work towards overcoming dependencies and enhancing their coping strategies.

• Consistently monitor and evaluate each client’s progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and setbacks.

• Provide insightful information and counseling during therapy sessions, ensuring that clients understand their options and paths forward.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and confidentiality agreements.

• Participate in case conferences, providing thoughtful contributions and evidence when required, including potential court appearances.

• Act as a key worker, liaising with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community services, to facilitate comprehensive client support.

This role focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing mental health challenges linked to substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
