Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with families and children in their natural environments. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, which includes therapists, educators, and medical professionals, all dedicated to fostering healthy developmental outcomes for our clients. While you will primarily work from home, you may occasionally visit client homes or other community settings to deliver services effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children and families.

• Play an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they meet the unique requirements of each family.

• Monitor progress and outcomes of children in the program, adjusting strategies based on evidence-based practices to promote effective intervention.
\n
• Formulate joint plans in collaboration with families, recommending tailored strategies that respect their priorities and concerns.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, enhancing their understanding and skills related to their child’s development using a coaching model.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations and standards to guarantee the health and safety of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children from birth to three years old who face developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will provide essential support not only to the children but also to their families, helping them navigate the challenges associated with early intervention. Your work will contribute significantly to the emotional, cognitive, and social development of our youngest clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a LCSW in the state of Texas and compliance with Department of Public Health requirements.

• A valid driver's license for any client home visits or community outreach.
\n
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• A respectful approach towards diverse populations, showcasing a strong ability to collaborate with team members.

• Commitment to applying evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
