Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological needs, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, family consultations, and group therapy, employing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are aligned with clients' progress and evolving needs.

• Facilitate collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as necessary, demonstrating an immediate response to clients' acute mental health needs.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation adhering to ethical standards, legal guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at enhancing clients' coping strategies and social skills.

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
