Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring collaborative input from families and team members.
\n
• Monitor child and family outcomes in line with established goals, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired results.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, offering education and strategies to enhance their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices when working with families.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model to engage parents, extending learning opportunities outside of formal sessions.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations and uphold standards of practice to assure the health and safety of all involved.
\n
• Develop and maintain rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, collaborating closely with families to enhance physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By addressing early intervention needs, you will significantly contribute to positive long-term outcomes for these vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver’s license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Strong commitment to applying the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
