Business Consultant / Outside B2B SalesWe're currently hiring for a permanent Business Consultant position with one of our clients, a fast-growing organization in the PEO/HCM industry. This is a true outside sales opportunity focused on new business development. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and partnering with businesses to provide solutions for HR, payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and related services.$200K–$250K On-Target Earnings (OTE)Approximately 85% of sales representatives achieve quota in their first yearUncapped commission structureWeekly gas reimbursementStrong autonomy with excellent sales support and lead flowClear career growth and advancement opportunitiesProven B2B outside sales experienceA true hunter mentality with a track record of generating new businessExperience selling services rather than tangible productsExperience in PEO, HCM, payroll, HR services, employee benefits, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred (depending on the market)Commission payVitawerks - Inglewood Inglewood, California, 90301 Apply
