Business Development Team Lead

Leading a team of Business Development Representatives, the full-time remote Business Development Team Lead will manage lead generation campaigns, mentor new hires, and compile team performance metrics to support business growth. Key responsibilities Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new Business Development Representatives Lead marketing campaign follow-up strategies and facilitate call reviews for team members Compile and analyze monthly team KPIs and support sales administration efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development or equivalent experience Strong product and solution knowledge with an understanding of the business Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills Preferably, knowledge of the security business and industry
