Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring that all therapy modalities align with best practice standards.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
