Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the diverse mental health needs of children and adolescents, utilizing a variety of methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering each child’s developmental stage, family dynamics, and unique challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals to aid in the patient’s mental health progress.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at equipping parents and caregivers with the skills needed to foster a supportive environment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for young individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate care and intervention strategies.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all therapy sessions and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health concerns. Our target population includes those dealing with mild to severe anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT in California is required. Note: We do not accept applicants with an associate's license due to Medicare billing regulations.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000, commensurate with experience.
