As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Team in Dallas TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hospitality location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer this dynamic role you will support a welcoming environment through clear communication teamwork and integrity while bringing a caring reliable and innovative approach to each shift.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures following post orders and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior and exterior areas of the location including public spaces entrances exits and perimeter points as working conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying permitted access observing visitor activity and communicating clearly with guests and staff.
• Support a professional atmosphere at a guest-focused location by assisting with directions answering questions and reporting maintenance suspicious activity and/or other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
