Job Description
As a Security Guard Armed Patrol Specialist in Dallas TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service and this dynamic role you will support daily operations with integrity teamwork and reliability while contributing to a people-first culture that values agility and innovation.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating with site contacts and local authorities when needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings production areas parking areas and perimeter locations helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel visitors and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
- Prepare clear reports on incidents observations and/or patrol activity and report maintenance concerns hazards and policy violations to appropriate site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
