As a Security Officer Certified Armed Patrol in Dallas TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help discourage incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this armed post you will support daily operations with a caring agile and reliable approach working as part of a team that values innovation people first and integrity in every security-related interaction.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while maintaining readiness for an armed post assignment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouses parking areas and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points verify credentials and/or visitor authorization and report suspicious behavior policy violations and/or operational concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Document incidents patrol activity and security-related observations with clear and timely reports and assist with coordinating response actions when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required for Texas only.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
