Senior GTM Operations Manager

Combining hands-on operational ownership with strategic problem solving, the full-time Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will own day-to-day Channel Operations, partner closely with leadership across various departments, and lead high-impact initiatives to enhance Vanta's Partner business in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own core day-to-day Channel Operations while developing a deep understanding of the GTM motion and partner ecosystem Collaborate with Channel leadership and other departments to evolve the long-term Channel operating model and operational strategy Lead strategic initiatives across the partner ecosystem, including partner programs, deal registration, and pricing strategy Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Channel Operations, or related functions within a B2B SaaS organization Proven ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking, designing scalable solutions Experience in designing and evolving Channel Operations programs, including deal registration and partner lifecycle management Strong business acumen with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into operational strategies Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across various teams
