Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, addressing a range of behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices that align with each client's therapeutic goals.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed of the latest research and interventions in behavioral health to enhance your practice.

• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings to provide input on treatment approaches and address any clinical concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds, each experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journey, working with them to build coping strategies, improve their mental wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals. The remote nature of the position allows you to connect with clients who may have barriers to access, thus expanding your impact within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, to be verified by a third-party background check.
\n
• Strong clinical skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and establishing trust with clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or with a similar demographic preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms to facilitate client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Healthy Rhythms Counseling Services, we offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
