Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples and individuals to identify mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, and also provide individual counseling as needed, with a focus on issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and adjustment to life transitions.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a spectrum of challenges, including addiction, divorce/separation, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, regularly discussing cases in multidisciplinary meetings.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest research and trends in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult patients, children, and adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing concerns related to:

• Alcohol abuse and substance dependency.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.
\n
• Grief from loss of a loved one.
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalries and communication barriers.
\n
• Adjustment issues stemming from job stress, medical crises, or separation and divorce.

• Challenges specific to blended families and the unique dynamics they present.
\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your competency and expertise in work with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services and an understanding of best practices for virtual therapy.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
