Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working as a paraprofessional, instructional assistant, or in a similar support position within a school setting
- Familiarity with providing 1:1 assistance to students, including those with specialized learning or behavioral needs
- Ability to support both special education and general education environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
- Energetic, reliable, and flexible approach to adapting to diverse classroom situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of relevant coursework or certifications is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individualized or small-group instruction and support to students under the direction of certified teachers
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Provide accommodations and modifications to foster inclusion of students with diverse learning needs
- Support classroom management and cultivate a positive, productive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with staff and participate in team meetings, as appropriate, to enhance student progress
- Document student performance and share observations with educational teams
