This role is based in our onsite Rehabilitation Center, which is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy tools and resources to facilitate high-quality treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical strengths and weaknesses, identifying specific rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques to maximize mobility and alleviate pain.
• Utilize various modalities and therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and electrotherapy, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the WebPT system, documenting treatment sessions and patient progress consistently.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on orthopedic outpatient care, treating a variety of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population ranges from young athletes to older adults, each with unique rehabilitation requirements. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of rapport with patients and fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with using WebPT or similar electronic medical record systems for efficient documentation and record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Included in our offerings are:
