Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to pinpoint specific mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques via secure virtual platforms, adapting interventions to meet the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients, collaboratively developing therapeutic objectives and a clear roadmap for progress.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) tailored to the client's preferences.

• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of therapy sessions and monitor client progress to ensure accountability and quality of care.

• Participate in regular peer supervision and team meetings to continuously improve therapeutic practices and share insights.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.
