Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy interventions to patients, tracking their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical abilities, leading to tailored care plans that promote goal-oriented rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement treatment strategies in collaboration with the physician and the interdisciplinary care team, ensuring continuity and coordination in patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and the use of home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing improvement outside of therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess therapeutic needs and enhance patients' functional status as they progress through their rehabilitation journey.
• Prioritize daily caseloads and effectively manage patient schedules to optimize therapeutic services delivered within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient facility primarily serves a diverse demographic of patients, including both adults and children grappling with orthopedic issues, post-surgical conditions, and rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist, you will cater to patients at different stages of recovery, employing tailored therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Enthusiasm for patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
